The
ASE and ABR will be partnering together to provide a College Evaluation
Camp in Alliance, OH. The ABR HS Baseball Camp will give players the
opportunity to be evaluated by college coaches. Coaches will be brought
in by Amateur Sports Events. Players will go through a skills
evaluation consisting of running, velocity from infield and outfield,
pitching, catching, and hitting.
Also,
each player at the camp will be given an ABR Player Profile Page. The
profile page will list the results from the camp: how fast each player
ran, how fast each player threw the baseball from the infield, outfield,
and the mound. Also, catchers will be given the chance to throw down
to second and get their velocity and pop times recorded. To go along
with the statistical data posted on the Player Profile Page, comments
from the ABR Instructors will also be available for each player to see,
as well as College Coaches subscribed to our database.

USSSA All-American Games |
The
USSSA All-American Games will consist of the top 14u-17u players as
identified by ABR and USSSA. The event serves as the selection for the
2012 USSSA All-Americans and the 2013 USSSA National Teams who will
compete in International competition.
