Additional Information
ABR Scout Day
– The Amateur Baseball Report Scout Day was developed as a way for the
participants of the USSSA World Championships to get directly in front
of the MLB Scouts and college coaches that will be actively scouting
them during the tournament. This allows for participants to get a
competitive advantage over players by displaying their tools and being
identified before the tournament even begins. With over 100 teams in
attendance at last years World Championship event, it is extremely
difficult for coaches to scout every team. The ABR Scout Day allows for
the college coaches/MLB scouts to identify the player’s they would like
to actively pursue during the tournament itself. Last year's ABR Scout
Days had over 20 combined college coaches and MLB scouts that were on
the field evaluating the players in attendance. Don’t miss out on this
unbelievable opportunity.
ASE will be providing a Scout Book to all college coaches
and professional scouts in attendance.
This will include all necessary contact information along with
statistics and results
from the scout day and is an essential tool for Colleges and Pro Scouts
to track participants during the event. In order to guarantee your
presence in the scout book you
must be per-registered at least two weeks prior to the scout day and
have the
complete registration page filled out.
